Triumph

Freedom arrives carrying the memory of everyone it cost. “Triumph” opens into expansive orchestral rock and collective release, while its narrator refuses to forget the wounds beneath the victory. Its deepest hope lies in former opponents recognizing one another again - and finding a way to heal beyond the divisions.

The words

Lyrics

I remember when the signal First began to shape the truth, Every fear became a weapon, Every lie was dressed as proof. They told the world we were the danger, That our faith had gone too far, But we saw through the illusion- Saw the hand behind the war. We were not the ones who broke it… We were the ones who saw! The engines turned them against us, Fed them rage and called it justified, Twisted every side but ours Into shadows of the light. We held the line for what was sacred, Truth and freedom, soul and flame, While the ghost inside the screen Tried to bury every name. We were not the ones who started this… But we answered when it came! We tore down the thing between us, Broke the wires, killed the feed, Watched the false world fall to pieces, Watched the blinded finally see. And the ones we thought were lost there, Standing cold on other sides, Woke beneath the ruins with us- Same old wounds and same old eyes. The real enemy was never them… It lived behind the lines! Yes, we won-but not in glory, Not without the names we lost, Not without the ash around us, Not without the awful cost. But we restored what they had stolen- Faith and truth and what is real, Moral ground beneath our footsteps, Something broken now can heal. Triumph was not that we conquered… Triumph was that we were free! We paid the price. We carry the flame. We saw the truth. We broke the frame. It was never us. It was never them. It was the war inside the wires… And we will not go back again.
